Democracy from the Community Level: People's Perspectives

The report below was presented by PEF Director, Chalida Tajaroensuk, during the Dialogue on Democracy and ASEAN Integration (DODAI), organized by the Institute for Strategic and Development Studies (ISDS), Philippines on November 4-7, 2010.  The report reflects output from PEF's discussion forums on democracy, which have been held in several communities throughout the country.
